I've roughly gone through these six steps.

I would like to recommend is the rival method. It's very personal and the best way.

The reason I started picking up girls was because I was asked to do so by my real friends, but because I competed with him from time to time and worked hard by encouraging each other from time to time, I have been able to keep picking up girls for years and have improved my skills.

I feel frustrated when I saw the other's pick-up go well and they disappeared right in front of me, but that kind of relationship has grown the most.

If it's not that one of us is to blow up, and we're growing at about the same rate, the presence of competitors and peers is very important.

I am sure it will lead to growth as a player.

So if I go back to the past and start picking-up girls from scratch, my first priority is to make a rival.

And by doing that, I'm not going to be able to do it alone, it can bring me swift growth many times faster.

You have to look at yourself objectively to make you better at picking up girls. To make such good friends,

How to overcome Jizo

I would like to explain how to overcome Jizo this time because we cannot enjoy life (of pick-up) unless we get on the stage to talk to HBs, as soon as possible after solving the Jizo problem. I'm not talking about esotericism or spiritualism, I'm talking about a concrete methodology to break the brakes.

Those who succeeded in their initial creative approach, those who did not get depressed each time, those who belonged to the sports association(or Taiiku-Kai), and those who are now suffering from terrible current conditions are able to overcome Jizo by thinking themselves as 

"It's easier than I thought." 

"It's end of  the world if I don't talk to her." 

"I will definitely surpass that wall."

"IF THIS DOESN'T CHANGE, I'LL DIE UNPOPULAR FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE..." 

Even if you have no basis, you will definitely get a result if you do it with confidence and in the right way.

If you know the worst thing is not to act, that's true. Input or thinking brings you more and more anxiety. That's why we have to Output or act. This is the psychology to succeed not only in picking up girls but also in anything else. So, if you're one of those people, this kind of mentalism/mind-theory resonates.

行動しないことが一番悪いことだとわかっているなら、それは本当のことだ。インプットして考えているだけだと、ますます不安になる。だからアウトプットする、つまり行動しなければならない。これはピックアップだけでなく、何においても成功するための心理だ。あなたがこういう人なら、この種のメンタリズム/マインドセオリーが心に響くはずだ。

問題は、これらの範疇に入らなかった人々だ。

・初心者で、運がなかった

・肯定的に考えることができない

・スポーツマンたちのメンバーではない

Those who are negative focus on failure, and their brain tend to be negative about what they do.

Approaching is very stressful act, and their minds gradually break down like "I can't....."

And they would stop approaching.

I myself am very easy&sweet to myself. lol.

Whether it's picking up girls or working, 

I always praise me , "I'm nice, so bad! crazy!" 

You do like that! lol.

What might have been a failure, I consciously not thought about it,  I try to finish where I could achieve.

Then, when we are able to do the next step, we should  praise ourselves again.

When I first started picking up girls, when I did sex closing, I was praising me almost like crazy. lol.

Then sex closing become addictive routine.

If sex closing is the best pleasure, it will be input into our brain, so we won't have any hesitation or indecision.

This repetition increases the probability of s-closing.

So if we want to be good at picking up women, we should increase our memory of successful cases.

Is it good to blame ourselves for failure?

Training for sarging is hard, but many people become too hard because of their seriousness. They are good at reprimanding themselves and blaming them, for example, "failed " "I'm too bad" or "I made the same mistake again". Reflection is necessary to grow up, but if we are too strict with ourselves, it will slow down our growth.

Thankfully, most of the people who took our picking-up classes and counseling of love were very serious, hardworking and stoic. I am often surprised by the many challenges I asked them for and sometimes even more serious efforts, and I am inspired by their naivete.

And sometimes I'm told that my training is tough because I'm committed to the results. I may give you strict guidance.

So, we no need of blame.  For the reasons mentioned above, the basics are a lot of praise.

And by continuing it, the students' growth speed will explode. Until then, people who are on the verge of  Jizo status could easily overcome and  take girls out.

If you're too hard on yourself, give it a try, by considering yourself fooled. 

We can finish the approach in a very comfortable way even though the result is the same.

The result of the next try changes, only by changing our thoughts.

PICK-UP mindset 1

I would like to talk about the mindset of people who cannot grow (slow down growth) during their pick-up activities, and the way of thinking for those to grow rapidly in the future.

Focus on the best practices

If you want to grow faster, you have to focus on success stories. For example, suppose you come out to town street with the courage to pick up a beautiful girl to overcome a inferior complex of relationship with a woman, but you're frustrated for hours or days because you can't take a step. 

But you didn't give up, you held on, and finally, escaping from Jizo (guardian deity of children, i.e. standing as immovable statue, alone), you were able to talk to the favorite beautiful woman! 

Suppose the response from the woman at that time was "Tsk-tsking. That's disgusting! Get out of here!".

Here, "he" was able to escape from the Jizo and talk to his favorite beautiful woman. 

You have to focus on success stories and end at that point consciously. There is no point in thinking about her "That's disgusting! Tsk-tsking and get out of here!".

That's because you can't undo what's already happened, and any good pick-up artist can't always control a woman's reaction at will. (With proper training, you can elicit or at least "impetus" reactions in line with your strategy.)

So, it's important to think about what you could do to eliminate fundamental cause of being told "That's disgusting! Tsk-tsking and get out of here!" in the next pick-up, and you don't have to get emotional and depressed.

Positive

If you learn how to praise yourself, you will grow faster.

Focus on success stories and praise yourself in detail. 

If you do a pick-up approach, no matter what the result is, it will be good if you praise yourself.

Talk to her and get a smile, but failed to take her out, what a pity...

Instead, you talked to her, and you got a laugh response from her. Well done, you(I)! You have to finish here.

And praise what you've done. Praise over and over again. In this case, I got another laugh response. "Well done, me! "

That's the most important. The human brain acts again because it is happy to be praised. In other words, you become more aggressive with your approach (pick-up).

ピックアップ活動をしていても成長できない(成長を減速させる)人たちの心構えと、これからどんどん成長していく人たちの考え方について話ししたいと思う。

ベスト・プラクティスを重視する

もっと早く成長したいなら、サクセスストーリーに集中しなければならない。例えば、女性へのコンプレックス克服するために、勇気を持って街に出て、美しい女性に声をかけようとしたが、一歩も踏み出せずに何時間も何日もフラストレーションを感じていたとする。
